About Bealeton, Virginia:

Bealeton, VA real estate and homes for sale
Bealeton is a small community located at the crossroads of Rt 28 and Rt 17 at the southern end of Fauquier County. It is a mix of agricultural farms, neighborhoods, and retail shopping and restaurants. The housing here is very reasonably priced and is only about a 10-15minute ride into the Town of Warrenton. Bealeton is home to a Mary Walter Elementary School, Cedar Lee Middle School, and Liberty High School Eagles.

Bealeton is home to one of the last barnstorming air shows in America. It is called the Flying Circus. The flying Circus is open every Sunday, May through October. Activities at the All- American barnstorming include wing walking, parachuting, aerobatic performances and open-cockpit biplane rides.
It is also home to the best homemade ice cream around! Straight from a local dairy farm and made on the premises you will always find a line of customers waiting for a sweet treat at the Moo Thru! My favorites include key lime cheesecake, banana pudding, and vanilla. You have to come to Bealeton and get an ice cream cone at the Moo Thru.

Bealeton includes the friendly communities of Bealeton, Bealeton Station Phase 2, Bealeton Station Phase 4, Bealeton Station Sec C-1, Cedar Lee Condominium, Crestwood Knolls, Crestwood Knolls Ph 3, Edgewood East Section C, Edgewood East Section D, Fox Meade Sec B1, Fox Meade Sec B2, Meadfield Sec I, Meadowbrooke Sec D, Meadowbrooke Sec J, Meadowbrooke Sec K, Meadowbrooke Sec L, Meadowbrooke Sec N, Southcoate Village Phase and Waverly Station Condominium. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in any of these fine communities, call Terrie Owens.
