About Bristow, Virginia:

Bristow, VA real estate and homes for sale

Bristow is an unincorporated town in Prince William County, Virginia. The former town proper was located on Va. 619, Bristow Road, about 1 mile Southwest of the intersection with Va. 28, Nokesville Road, at the Norfolk Southern Railroad crossing. There are no active businesses left at this location, though a crew change point for the railroad is just up the tracks from the railroad crossing. The new town center has, in general, relocated further West around the Braemar Parkway area. Bristow is rapidly being absorbed into the expanding suburbs of the city of Manassas, including such developments as Bristow Station.

Now that Sudley Manor Road finally connects all the way through to Manassas and Business 234, Bristow is a perfect location for residents wanting to stay away from the dense traffic found inside Manassas. Bristow affords great access to Route 66, Route 28 and Route 29. The completion of recent road construction, expanding lanes and re-routing traffic patterns has drastically reduced a previously difficult rush hour traffic problem in the area..

Bristow includes the friendly communities of Ashley Ridge, Alison’s Ridge, Braemar, Bridlewood Manor, Bristow, Cordle, Ducharme, Dunbarton, Gateway, Linton Hall Estates, New Bristow Heights, New Bristow Village, Pembrooke, Rivenburg, The Meadows At Bristow, The Villages At Bristol, Victory Lakes, Villages At Saybrooke, Kingsbrooke, Foxborough, Linton Hall Manor, Sheffield Manor, Silver Leaf Estates, Turning Leaf Estates, & Stillhaven. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in any of these fine communities, call Terrie Owens.
